One of the largest retail sales companies in Canada is relying on the experts at Hera Evolution for the maintenance of all CA IDMS  environments, with a 24/7 service, 365 days a year.

The problems are either reported by customer personnel or automatically and are assigned according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established with this customer.

Moreover, the Hera Evolution support team manages all of the customer’s CA IDMS environment updates according to the support policies of this CA Technology customer. This is done for development and production central versions (CVs).
We are also responsible for monitoring database integrity, performance and availability and we take the necessary steps to ensure the optimal operability of these IDMS environments.
 
As a result, Hera Evolution is the expert team to which this client calls on to maintain all CA IDMS environments. We cover the role of CA IDMS database administrators and data center automation (DCAs) experts for CA IDMS and all related software installed at client’s site. We also support the CA IDMS  development group.

All the activities that we offer to this customer are done throughout our remote support facilities.
