Professional Experience
The technical support in the CA IDMS environment, the specialized programming, the creation of help environments to programmers, the development and management of databases, as well as the development of tools to facilitate decision-making by the managers are at the heart of the professional life of the senior advisor Daniel Bureau.Totally autonomous, he knows how to solve problems quickly. Having worked on various projects during the past 36 years, he has gained a lot of related knowledge which are now useful in his job. For example, he has worked in the sales field, which enables him to apply such techniques in his current problem-solving tasks.
Daniel Bureau previously worked as a CA IDMS environment consultant for the CGI firm. Then, he managed an IDMS database team of administrators at CAE Electronics. It is subsequently thereafter that he worked in software sales and in technical support at Compuware before working within the CA IDMS technical support at Ajilon.
During the course of his career, he carried out several trainings, including all the CA IDMS courses offered by CA Technologies. He has the ability to speak with confidence in front of a group in which he can make himself easily understood. Helpful and friendly, he is always available to help his customers.
