Professional Experience
After having worked in several countries, Joseph Mele is back in Canada where he currently holds the position of senior advisor for Hera Evolution. His 30 years of experience, his autonomy, his speed in delivery and his and versatility surely make certainly a great asset for its customers.At Hera Evolution, he is in charge of the consultation with regard to architecture systems and software technical support, the database management, as well as software installation and update. The complexities are not intimidating to him. He is able to implement a project and run within the prescribed deadlines, even if they are short. Since he mastered various ways of working, he is easily adaptable and and is welll aware of his limits.
He likes working at Hera Evolution, a human endeavour where he is far from feeling just like a number. He appreciates his colleagues and this work provides him with great satisfaction.
Early in his career, he worked for the DMR group, specializing in software consultation. He held a similar position. He was given important mandates which have enabled him to develop abilities that he is currently using, every day, in his work at Hera Evolution. He then developed the first police information system for the City of Montreal police service. Then, he became project manager for a human resources management system at General Electric, in Italy.
The jobs he has held in the past have enabled him to acquire determination, autonomy, creativity, and ingenuity, qualities appreciated by his customers on a daily basis.
